I am the father of three wonderful boys, Sam, Ben, and Nic, and one beautiful baby girl, Katie. In January of 2016 we added a wonderful daughter-in-law when Sam married Summer Smith. My wife Shawna and I have had few hobbies or interests outside of raising our kids. We always felt that Godly parenting is a High calling and a big responsibility. Now that the kids are older and Sam and Ben have moved out, we find ourselves treasuring, even more, the special times when we are all together. We try to make each day count with our kids, and intend to do everything we can to prepare them to be all that God wants them to be. We hope to pass this on a little farther one day to a whole bunch of grand-kids!
I have never doubted my calling into the ministry. It has been a wonderful thing to work with teenagers and children and now, with all age groups in the church. I feel a great responsibility as pastor, but more than that, I feel very blessed!
